Greg Chappell gives Australian bowlers a piece of advice to tackle Shubman Gill in the WTC Final 2023

India’s young opener Shubman Gill has left everyone astonished with his brilliant strokeplay and exploits in recent times. The 23-year-old opener has put on an excellent show across formats this year and was also selected in India’s World Test Championship (WTC) 2023 Final squad based on those performances.

It is worth mentioning that Gill has hammered five international centuries in 2023 so far, including a double ton in the ODI format. He even finished as the leading run-scorer of the 16th Indian Premier League (IPL) by amassing 890 runs, supported by three hundreds in 17 matches.

Speaking of Gill’s next assignment, the Punjab cricketer is currently training in London and will next be seen in action in the WTC 2023 Final that will be held in Kennington Oval from June 7. The right-handed batter will open the innings for India alongside skipper Rohit Sharma<
