Ashes 2023: James Anderson returns as England unveil 16-member squad for the first two Tests

For the much-anticipated Ashes 2023, the England and Wales Cricket Board (ECB) has unveiled a 16-member squad specifically chosen for the first two Tests. Staying consistent with their decision, the selection panel has opted to maintain an unchanged lineup from the ongoing One-off Test currently taking place at Lord’s in London against Ireland.

Notably, following the completion of the solitary Test against Ireland, the English team will make their way to Birmingham on Monday, June 12th. Upon arrival at the location, the team will commence their practice sessions at Edgbaston, starting from Tuesday, June 13th.
