MS Dhoni undergoes successful knee surgery in Mumbai after CSK’s IPL 2023 triumph

MS Dhoni had a tremendous Indian Premier League (IPL) 2023 as he led Chennai Super Kings (CSK) to their fifth league title. Notably, Mumbai Indians (MI) are the only other team to have won as many trophies as CSK. Although Chennai won the tournament, the win didn’t come easy for the champions. The Chennai-based team’s road to victory had many ups and downs, and their camp was ridden with several injuries throughout the event.

It is worth mentioning that among all the injured players, Dhoni was also struggling with knee issues and played the entire tournament with a knee-cap. The 41-year-old cricketer’s determination and valiant efforts were lauded by many experts and veteran cricketers.
