Ollie Pope ruled out of Ashes with dislocated shoulder
lready trailing 0-2 in the series, England on Tuesday suffered a major blow as top-order batter and vice-captain Ollie Pope was ruled out of the rest of the Ashes series due to a dislocated shoulder. Pope suffered the injury during the second Test at Lord’s. The England cricket board (ECB) said that Pope damaged his right shoulder while fielding and will undergo surgery.
