Rain washes out third T20I in Malahide, India take series 2-0
Rain played spoilsport as the third and final India-Ireland T20I got washed out in Malahide on Wednesday without a single ball being bowled. With the rain crashing the party, India’s chances of securing an eighth 3-0 T20I series sweep also went up in smoke. The rain arrived just before the scheduled toss time and after almost three and a half hours of continuous downpour, the umpires decided to call off the game.
